I am a high-ownership Support & Automation Engineer operating at the critical intersection of production operations, product quality, and core systems engineering. Rather than managing traditional helpdesk queues, I act as a technical first responder—navigating complex codebases, auditing database states, and parsing system telemetry to isolate root causes and resolve critical platform escalations.

My engineering philosophy centers on decentralising deep technical knowledge through programmatic tooling. By partnering with engineering teams to architect internal automation scripts, custom data-extraction routines, and interactive Jupyter diagnostic notebooks, I have driven initiatives that scale technical enablement across teams—permanently reducing critical data-gathering and validation lifecycles from hours down to mere minutes.

Beyond diagnostic tooling, I specialise in navigating complex multi-tenant architecture, troubleshooting REST APIs, auditing webhook data handshakes, and diagnosing enterprise authentication drops like SAML and single sign-on (SSO). I thrive in technically ambitious environments that value rigorous engineering documentation, complete operational ownership, and the proactive optimization of legacy workflows.
